Follow current Prescription Refill policy, complete clear and precise documentation on calls, and ensure all patient requests are handled before ending calls. Check the CareReq queue, schedule appointments, and arrange transportation for clinic visits.

Work in a remote environment requiring proficient PC skills, computer literacy, basic Google Suite skills, and ability to navigate systems. Maintain a distraction-free private space with reliable dependent care during hours. Demonstrate high conscientiousness, professionalism, and reliability expected in remote settings.

Progress from Clinical Call Center Triage Nurse I to II with minimum 6 months tenure, strong problem-solving, effective communication, and understanding of customer needs.
