Under the direction of the Lead Triage RN, the triage nurse provides exceptional patient care for all calls after business hours. This includes telephonic triage of complex patients, assisting with psychosocial needs and business initiatives. Nurses conduct thorough assessments using proprietary tools to identify and address concerns.

Address acute clinical concerns through close collaboration with patients’ providers and provide telephonic education. Participate in Innovation team projects while ensuring excellent quality of care during on-call and triage interactions. Foster relationships within the team to maintain a positive and supportive CareHarmony culture.

Role requires robust clinical knowledge and extensive experience in telephonic triage to quickly determine appropriate level of care. Navigate multiple technological platforms with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Function cohesively within a team with professional presence when dealing with colleagues, clients, and patients.

Requirements

  • Compact/Multistate Licensure required (additional licensures are a plus)
  • Innovative mindset, driven to change how patients manage their health
  • Robust clinical knowledge
  • Extensive experience in telephonic triage
  • Ability to quickly determine appropriate level of care based off clinical assessment
  • Ability to navigate multiple technological platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough telephonic assessments with proprietary tools

Benefits

  • $25/hr for LPN / $27/hr for RN
  • Full-Time: 36 hours per week with alternating weekends
  • Remote position requiring active high-speed Wi-Fi and HIPAA-compliant workspace
