The role focuses on expanding access to meaningful behavioral healthcare from home.

Nurse Practitioners provide direct patient care including medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments. They educate patients on medications, risks, benefits, and reasonable outcomes while working with support staff for communication and follow-up. Participation in treatment team meetings supports collaborative care delivery.

The provider experience offers flexibility to work from home with support from a full-time Admissions and Assessment team. Collaboration occurs through case discussions to leverage expertise and develop skills. AI-powered documentation streamlines clinical notes and session summaries.

Requirements

  • Licensed as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Active prescriptive authority and DEA licensure
  • Experience providing medication management in behavioral health
  • Ability to conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations
  • Proficiency in virtual care delivery
  • Knowledge of mental health conditions, substance use, and eating disorders
  • Comfort with AI-powered clinical documentation tools

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments
  • Educate patients regarding medications, risks, benefits, and reasonable outcome expectations
  • Work with support staff to ensure proper patient communication and follow-up
  • Participate in treatment team meetings
  • Assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Medical Director
