We are seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse who brings clinical excellence, accountability, and craftsmanship to every patient interaction. This role delivers meaningful outcomes through a model grounded in Patient-First Care, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
As a Telehealth Nurse, you play a critical role in supporting patients through their care journey, ensuring access, education, and continuity of care. Deliver high-quality, patient-centred telehealth support and guide patients with compassion, professionalism, and clinical accuracy. Work collaboratively with GPs and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate, timely documentation.

Requirements
- AHPRA registered (RN or EN) with a strong commitment to clinical excellence
- Experienced (or highly capable) in telehealth or patient coordination environments
- A confident communicator who can engage patients with empathy and clarity
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work both autonomously and within a team
- Motivated by performance, purpose, and patient outcomes
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred telehealth support
- Guide patients with compassion, professionalism, and clinical accuracy
- Work collaboratively with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data integrity
- Respond to patient enquiries and manage appointments efficiently
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in care delivery
