We seek a compassionate and experienced PMHNP focused on high-quality holistic mental health care for women from perinatal to perimenopause. Ideal candidates have at least one year working with perinatal population and exposure to perimenopause patients, plus six months telehealth experience. This role suits PMHNPs committed to profound impact in women's mental health within an early-stage startup.
Provide comprehensive holistic psychiatric care through fully remote telehealth to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients. Practice in a model prioritizing clinical quality and collaboration with the client's Seven Starling therapist. Conduct 60-minute intakes and 20-30 minute follow-ups using clinical judgment for session length.

Requirements
- Active Board Certified MA (Massachusetts) PMHNP license in good standing
- Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in open markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin)
- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
- 6+ months working in telehealth
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
- Grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
- Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and 20-30 minute follow-ups using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
- Commit to averaging up to 5-10 hours a week as a 1099 contractor
- Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices
