Earn an hourly rate of $62-$96 based on clinical experience, place of residence, and qualifications.

Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state and federal regulations. Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate to support client goals efficiently.

Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, therapists, and providers through integrated care plans and team consultations. Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes. Join a deeply collaborative environment with access to crisis support services.

In first 90 days, become comfortable with systems, processes, and teams while building a caseload. By end of first year, establish a robust caseload with exceptional outcomes and contribute to the program. Help create a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental healthcare.

Requirements

  • Licensed as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Active APRN licensure with prescriptive authority
  • DEA registration for controlled substances
  • Clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and medication management
  • Familiarity with telepsychiatry and remote clinical delivery
  • Ability to integrate psychotherapy in psychiatric practice
  • Proficiency in measurement-based care and data-informed treatment planning

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and learning
  • Partner with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans and consultations
  • Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans
  • Contribute to a growing, diverse community of clinicians redefining mental health care
