About this role

Our innovative Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program assists graduate nurses transition from student nurse to professional nurse. It provides a variety of opportunities and an ongoing network of support. Designed for those interested in pediatric, adult cardiac, or obstetric nursing, it introduces clinical practice realities.
