The Nurse Coordinator RN plays a critical role in exceptional patient-centered fertility care. Nurses serve as trusted clinical partners providing compassionate, knowledgeable, hands-on care throughout treatment journeys. The role supports clinic-based care and Ambulatory Surgery Center operations including pre- and post-operative recovery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN/BSN)
- Current ACLS certification
- Knowledge of fertility treatments including Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
- Experience supporting ambulatory surgery center operations
- Ability to provide pre- and post-operative patient care
- Skills in regulatory compliance and care coordination
Responsibilities
- Establish confidence, trust, and positive rapport with all patients
- Case manage a large patient portfolio
- Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
- Order time-sensitive medications
- Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center
- Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
